Also, has anyone noticed that the castle drakan area looks different and NOT TOLD ME?? (In case you haven't noticed, I am very into the morytanian quests) Someone mentioned something about a "graphical update of mort myre" but... was that in the news? Did jagex announce it? And could this mean that they are working on Legacy of Reepca??
Knowing me, I probably just overreacted to the people at jagex saying "I'm bored, I wanna work on a graphical update. Oh, hey, let's do one in the farthest corner of the world where hardly anyone ever goes!" :(

it seems to me that the new NPC in Lletya will be useful in making sure that our information about some of the elf quests is up-to-date so to speack. what with the new elf quest, i think it could prove to be invaluable to have an NPC providing us with some info about previous happenings just to have the full story.
