ok, the Elf quests, i think, are about first entering Isafdar to kill King Tyras on orders from King Lathas but, after it's done, you find out that Lathas and a certain elf Lord are planning on bringing Zamorak into Isafdar. you have to help the elves stop this and also solve one of the oldest puzzles in Runescape. something along those lines since i'm still in Mourning's End part one.
