I posted a bit ago about the possibility of Guthix using the stone of Jas to do his thang to Gielinor.
Would the speakings of Melzar the Mad be enough evidence? He is a tad crazy, but u can get the jist of it.

I agree that it's highly likely Guthix used the Stone to create Runescape, though unfortunatly there isn't any solid proof that he did :( . It is very very likely though.
