Correction on the Morytainia history: The Iceyene (as far as we know) Never worshipped Zaros. They are said to be brought from a plain predominatley controlled by Saradomin. Queen Efaritay was pute in charge of Morytania by Saradomin after Zaros' downfall and Zamoraks banishment by the other gods. Saradomin controlled this region temporarily and other parts of the Zarosian Empire in the turmoil that followed Zaros and Zamorak's banishment. -Ascertes, King of all the Hallowlands and the Everchosen of Saradomin.

you actually have a bit of the power stuggle in morytania's history a bit mixed up,
it started out under Zaros's control(and there's a possibility a small part was under Saradomin's control)
and then when Zaros was overthrown- and zamorak was banished and morytania completely belonged to Saradomin.
and then when Zamorak cam back , and the god wars started, Zamorak took over control.
and today, he still has control through the vampyre lord Drakan and rules all the land there except for remnants of resistance such as burgh 'de rott "We call it being a hero"

and here's a few corrections about the gods,
Itchlarin isn't a demigod.
Zamorak is not evil.
and Marimbo was never another god's pet, in fact hardly anything is known of marimbo besides the fact he's the patron god of the monkeys of ape atoll, and it is possible he is a false god. "We call it being a hero"

I Like the thread, but I think you left out some other gods, that actually make some history of runescape, better.
Like:
Jas: God said to have left Gielinor soon after guthix arrived, and actually created Gielinor along with other elder gods.
Flamtaer: God of cremation, fire, death. His worshipers were the people of Mor'ton. But he cursed his people after they started doubting him. He left before saradomins Icyene's arrived and made a great nation, which is now mortaynia(sadly :/)
