Personally, Yrolg, I think "you can not post a new application for three weeks" and a smiley face conflict each other, but that's just my opinion. ^_^
But anyways, I will read through the introduction posts to this thread multiple times (I have already read through it before posting this) to get myself familiar with the thread (I can be slow at times), and await the opening of applications. Join The Questing Clan of RuneScape! !

I suppose I'll edit the front page to explicitly state that applications are closed. :)
This will hopefully clear up future misinterpretations.

I do hope to open applications this week. I was hoping for earlier today, but my router's hardware deleted itself ( O_o ) so that was a bit impractical.

As iChuck commented, when they are open, the period of reviewing will likely be extended as I will be very busy in the beginning of March, all of April, and the beginning of May.

There's nothing wrong with being happy. :) Even though the applicant was denied, he is still able to apply again in the future, which is all that really matters. :)
