I've been meaning to update it, but submissions for it are welcome.
I'm tempted to make another thread, or change the title of this one to something that implies a work in progress. You can offer something if you want, and, when the time for that section comes, Poller and I (yes, Poller's working behind the scenes on this) will review it, add and remove what we feel is best, and then post it for a general review. If people think it could be better suited with other information, it will be edited accordingly.
Of course, this is just an idea. I think this is how we're going to run it, though.
