Red Man00123 - For the security of all players and their accounts, posting URL’s or naming or otherwise directing players to any other websites on the Forums or in-game is not allowed. This includes fan and clan sites.
Not all sites are designed with the players’ safety in mind, and Jagex can only vouch for the security of their own site.
Promoting other sites is against Rule 11 in both the Game Rules and the Code of Conduct.
