“Come on George, we’re just playing,” James said to the man. He seemed to get more in the side of comedy every second. He was toying around, twirling his sword, not even aware of Jaldar and I.
“Let’s just kill the enemy at hand and go home,” George said, his face turning a scarlet red because he was getting angry at James’ and Dan’s comical attitude.
“I’ve been trying to say that the whole time,” Reaper replied. By the way he talked and moved, I could tell he was just as annoyed as George.
I charged for James. “Look out!” George exclaimed. James didn’t have enough time to react, but Reaper wrapped his whip around my sword, stopping it in its tracks. Jaldar tried to freeze Reaper, but as the ice formed, it was shattered. Reaper froze Jaldar at that moment, leaving him dead in his tracks.
“Thanks Reaps!” James exclaimed as he turned around. He only got a nod from Reaper. Reaper walked over to Jaldar slowly, ready to kill. I turned away and attacked James. He blocked every one of my attacks and then yawned. “Is that it,” he said sleepily, coming behind me with quick speed and slashing a wound across my back.
Blood quickly gushed out of the wound as I fell, quickly realizing that even the most comical person in this group was way too strong for me. I was now worried for Jaldar because he had to face the strongest. Dan and George just crossed their arms watching. I bet they figured that those two could do it themselves. “You’ll die!” I exclaimed trying to get up. It resulted in me falling down again, more blood flowing out of the wound.
“Oh,” James pondered, smiling. “From the look of it, it seems like you’re the one who’s going to die.” He brought up his sword and prepared for a final strike.
