What most people don't understand is that if the Penguin Hunter population is not culled, penguins who reside in the wilderness would be at a very real risk of going extinct. When Penguin Hunters are left unchecked, they multiply en mass while the unfortunate penguin population dwindles.

In defense of the rare and majestic Wilderness Penguins, I fully support your culling of the barbarous Penguin People.
