How long does like 60-91 rc take with different tyes of runes? Is it worth doing a fast but non-profitable way to 91 with ZMI altar or somethin then double nats with a graak to 99?

I'm going to say zmi because it's excellent xp and once you get 91 runecrafting, you'll have the determination to get 99 runecrafting.
