Introduction

Hello, my name is Alex, and welcome to my goals thread, where I will be sharing my progress to max cape, bossing achievements, comp, and beyond. Before I get into my goals, here's a small blurb about me. I started playing Runescape in late 2002-mid 2003. (Not on this account, I had one before this, it wasn't long-lasting) I have taken some breaks for other games and school. Throughout the years, I've always come back because RS was my first MMO, and I have made a lot of my best online friends through this game. However, I don't talk to many of them anymore for various reasons. Anyways, on to goals.

Own at least one rare item valued (GE or street) above 500M GP Achieved, but I didn't keep it, so I'm not counting that.

1k Nex KC. Currently at 10 or something.

Achievement Methodology


" Final Boss" Title (Kill each boss 100 times): Time spent learning the bosses and using FC's and Discords to get kills.

10B GP worth and max cash stack: Bossing, DXP weekend investing.

All T90 Weapons and armor (incl. Ports). For Ports, it'll be a slower grind, as it is time-gated. The power armor is gated by money, so bossing will solve that. Same with weapons, kill stuff to get money, buy stuff.

All boss/skill pets: Hope for good rng, and just grind away at skills/bosses.

At least elite clue scroll valued above 10M GP same as above, praying to RNG Gods daily for nice loots.

All comp and trimmed comp goals fulfilled. Probably will take the longest to do, chipping away at a few each week/month once I max.

Own at least one rare item valued (GE or street) above 500M GP: Bossing, and hoping for good rng.

News


2/3/16: Achieved 99 Defense at Bandos.
2/3/16: 96 Ranged at Kree achieved, along with 102 Constitution
2/25/17: 99 Magic achieved with lamps from Sliske's Endgame. Quest Cape obtained again.
3/6/17: 99 Strength achieved at airuts. All combat skills maxed. Also, 2300 total level milestone reached.
3/20/17: 200m total XP achieved.
Week of 3-20-17 to 3-27-17: Araxxor killed for the first time.
3/29/17: Methods and Goals sections revised.
4-12/2017: 99 Firemaking achieved, 2400 total level achieved.
4-19-2020: Updated G&A Thread, numerous new 99's, 2600 milestone reached, almost 2700. Closing in on 400m xp milestone.

4-21-2020: 99 RC, Div complete

5-16-2020: Max cape done
