Very similar to my G&A thread in terms of goals and current progress, best of luck!
some advice on your training:
Fletching: you mention dragon darts, i believe broad arrows are a good compromise, think its like 600k xp/hr and not overly pricey
Firemaking: look into the book of char as a daily (firemakers curse quest reward), its really cheap fm xp and can be upwards of 2m/hr i think
Hunter: you should look @ crystalize and superheat form, you get like 700k xp/hr @ grenwalls, its also useful for other skills like fishing, wc, mining ect for good xp rates
Woodcutting: i think teaks are better than arctic pines with crystalize ect
Smithing: look into artistans workshop, it can be fast/expensive or slow/cheap but very afk at the same time and you can get some decent rewards like an upgraded cannon that looks awesome and you never have to reload it
Thieving: Look at pick-pocketing in Priff its afk and very fast
