If you have no other goals than getting higher bank value then do content that you can that gives you gp to get your phat. Getting a bigger bank is a great goal and achievement, seeing your wealth evaluator go up and up is indeed a great feeling.

I too felt like a failure in the years I didn't own a phat, once I bought mine it was like the scene in Simpsons where Homer was comfy in his bed. I finally felt like I could relax.

You have to realize that some things are unobtainable, and you are not a failure for not obtaining them. It is the same with real life. I don't own a yacht, or a private jet, or a chain of casinos, so am I a failure for that? I would like to think I am not. Those are just things I will never get in my lifetime, and I am ok with that. This game has items that are on a similar level, and one should not streess about never getting them. If you do, there is something wrong with how you set your goals.

In other success-related news, I got 98 Fletching tonight. I now need just 42 more skill levels before I am a maxed free player!

22 of those 42 levels are in Dungeoneering. O_o Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!
