exactly how long do you think it will take to get the supplies?
good luck, i support since its creative. maybe you can help yourelf get some items by doing this:
go to the guards in varrok castle in a busyworld like world 1, collect all the grapes that people leave if there are any. you could also collect bones and sell these and use the money to buy grapes.
