Tonight I redeemed a Daily Smithing Challenge to gain 51,607 XP.

This triggered the following in-game message:

"Well done! You've achieved 20,000,000 XP in Smithing!"

I knew I hadn't gained another virtual Smithing level. However, there was a fireworks display in Lumbridge upon redeeming the challenge, so I knew I had done something noteworthy. ^_^ Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

You're more than welcome.

I think the obsession comes from a certain artist and her Yak-related comics. Impressive stuff certainly, but not enough to warrant this amount of game content imo. Putting her character as an NPC at the first Player Owned Farm was enough!

Yes. I received a notification asking me to stick to OSRS as I might have been affected, but I wasn't locked at any point. I'm quite pleased about it, as I logged back in after the crash to find my character in the same place with no missing items or experience. Certainly, it's all rather odd, and I feel guilty about having the pack (and the promise of extra wishes in the future). When I asked, they said I could keep it.

Thanks for your kind words and support. Of course, AI don't want to hijack your thread with my own gains, but I do like to pop in and see how things are. After all, you keep my thread going, and it's the least I can do. :)

Hmmm...I've never played OSRS. Perhaps that is why I didn't get a pack.

No worries, Trewavas. You're always welcome here. I like to think of my thread as a sort of tavern - a friendly place where I never know who will stop by next to share a bit of news, or to just have a drink and offer moral support, maybe get some advice or have a laugh or two.

So, for only the second time in RS history, I bought a bond.

I bought it at the G.E. for 23,952,498gp.

I used this bond to purchase the Meditation Bundle.

I've not used the Stone yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it will impact my XP gains, especially during combat. ^_^
