CHAPTER II
Garkor reported that there hasn't been any signs of Glough on Ape Atoll, but that there has been some unusual activity going on with Awowogei, so I'm going to talk to him next.
Awowogei didn't wish to discuss his military business with me, and instead asked me to find his commander, Kruk. After discussing this with Garkor, he suggested instead that I'd kill Kruk and take his corpse, so that we could make a greegree of him and use it as a disguise.
Following Kruk's tracks from the Ape Atoll gate outpost, I managed to find a secret cave entrance amidst some jungle grass, and entered it to continue the search for him.
I'm taking the agility path, so each time the path splits, one of the two paths is always going to fail, so even with a very high agility you can always fail if you don't pick the correct path.
Split 1: I took the northern pressure pad path, it was the correct one!
Split 2: I took the eastern rope path, it was the wrong one! > /
On my way back to the second split, I failed a gap jump obstacle! > /
CHECKPOINT 1 REACHED
Split 3: I took the southern gap jump path, it was the correct one!
Bronze key acquired from the chest and used on the door without problems.
CHECKPOINT 2 REACHED
Split 4: I took the western vine path, it was the correct one!
Split 5: I took the eastern vine path, it was the correct one!
Split 6: I took the northern vine path, it was the correct one!
Split 7: I took the western vine path, it was the wrong one! > /
Split 8: I took the western tunnel path, it was the wrong one but it didn't send me back to the checkpoint due to it being a safe obstacle, cheerio!
CHECKPOINT 3 REACHED
Split 9: I took the western rocky ledge path, it was the correct one!
LAST CHECKPOINT REACHED AND SHORTCUT UNLOCKED
Now it is time to fight Kruk! > )
