One day before the anniversary of skilling pets being released in RS3! > )
Dojo took roughly 1.6m exp post-200m to get, however, because agility's drop chance isn't based on the size of the exp drop, a lot of that exp came from purposely failing serenity posts for the highest amount of rolls per day, meaning that had I trained agility full time, the exp would've likely been enormously bigger than what it ended up being. Cheers serenity posts!
I don't think I can finish the remaining 3 pets before tomorrow though,
so that means I managed to get 16 of the 19 pets in 12 months. According
to math, it should take me about 2-3 months for the rest, right Jagex?
Anyhow, now I'm back to a good standing: the remaining pets are for skills that I'm only 120
in, so any exp for them won't be a waste (assuming they don't take me until 200m exp).
Now my plan for the last 3 pets has changed a bit. For slayer, which is likely the next one, I'll be doing more daily tasks with the slayer masks (not every day though, but more often than I have atm), and of course if I get a Helwyr reaper, that'll have a single chance as well. For smithing, once I have enough 120s, I'll focus on it full time, but it's still going to be a long time before that happens. For dungeoneering, it might be a daily thing when I'm doing smithing again, but it's too early to say yet & it'll still likely be the last pet (from non-combat pets).

Grats, lowest skill as high as my highest skill again!
Will you not even try Guthixian caches? They would be a nice boost for divination training! Cheers!
Cheerio! > ) Nice coincidence!
I have been doing caches, and they're nice exp, but the competition is sinkhole levels of obnoxious sometimes.

That's so clever! So the community helper was right after all? :o
The drop rate for big drops has still remained at 1 in 100, but during this period, lots of wands dropped instead (previously only 1 wand had dropped). Essences have remained roughly 1 in 68-70 kills, while dormants have hardly dropped at all (only 2, fewer than the big drops).

Abyss/demonic skull bonus exp does count for the pet chance now.
Or is it only for hunter and agility?
In any case, glad you got the pet, big congrats! Cheers serenity posts!
If you're referring to what I think, that's only right for post-200m training. Before 200m it always helps to reach more thresholds faster.
The quote is for runecrafting, which is based on the size of the exp drop, so the abyss/skull bonuses do boost it, but the skull doesn't boost agility or hunter drop chance.
"Volat Accipiter libera est; venandi sua natura est."
Soon I can start working on the more afkable skills again... and hunting for portable wells at the beach tends to be frustrating when the hosting worlds are often random. Not for long.

Birds of a feather really flocked together today, resulting in 3 different progress updates.
plus the unexpected
and finally to end the night
With herblore done for now, my main focus shifts to cooking for the duration of the beach, since it's the only non-120 skill I've left that benefits from the beach exp bonus (except fletching, which I'm training with daily challenges for now). After the beach is removed, I might just pick up runecrafting again, unless Jagex adds another "carrot event".
As for skilling pets, previously I lived under the assumption that it'd take me a long time still to get the slayer pet, but now that it came "so soon", I'm actually going to change a few daily slayer tasks (not all though) into daily dungeons, so it might not be the last skilling pet after all. For smithing there aren't any good daily bonuses so I have to do that full time for the pet.
It'd be awesome to get jack of all trades done before combat pets are released though! > )

Grats on final total level milestone and 100m herblore! Another 120 coming!
Also grats on Crabbe! Does he have any references to Harry Potter? Since he is a gar
goyle
and Crabbe and Goyle were in Harry Potter! Cheers!
Now that you understand how hard work bumming is, you will probably show more sympathy towards beggars! Cheers!
Cheerio! > )
I think the name is the only reference, but then again it's been years since I last read/watched HP.
And it's not really bumming, but more mutual benefit. Why have everyone pay full cost when it can be split for the full benefit?

So you are hosting portables yourself or at least extending them every once in a while? I think it's more fun to bum from others! Especially if you get portables from TH, then sell them, and then bum the benefits from the portable you just sold! Cheers!
