iI've killed somewhere around 4.3 bajllion dragons (feels like that anyway :( ) and never got one as a drop...
When they had the double barrows loot weekend I went to try my luck, and I kid you not, I went 147 rounds withought even a single barows item! RAGE!! x@
Just when I gave up hope I finally got it on my 148th round. You would think id be happy but I was actually kinda mad cause I only got ONE, and it was DOUBLE drops (grrrrrr). And because it didn't feeel the same coming from the barrows chest. Luckily I got an ahrims top on my very next trip.
So with that being said I will be joining you on your quest for a vissy from a dragon :) I baically only kill them on slayer tasks now aswell so hopefully Ill rack a few up on my road to 99! I'm only 79 slay right now so if I don't get one by then jagex obvously hates me.

I'd recommend miths, or black or frosts dragons, the rest aren't worth the effort.
Kbd is a good vissy dropper, all bosses drop good stuff, even the mole, but that would be a little off-topic, Good luck on the visage.
I myself haven't gotten one and is still yet to see it on the floor.
