Thanks very much for your post, and good wishes for getting the mean phoenix.
Although I joke about it, I'm not actually frustrated that I haven't yet got the mean phoenix pet. I actually find it rather amusing, and I know, one day I will be lucky enough to obtain one.

Without using tokens for repeating a daily, you get 365 chances of getting a phoenix pet each year. One of the pets that I really would like to achieve, aside from the combat ones since I'm so noob at pvm, and all the other pets, is Krar Jnr.

All combat and skilling pets and other pets you get numerous chances to get, and the chance isn't limited. Krar Jnr. is rumoured at being limited to one spawn per week, and so is totally based on being lucky enough to catch it when it appears, and actually being there when it does appear in only 52 possible chances per year, so I think I find it even more elusive then the mean phoenix.

Anyway, as I've said before, patience and persistence pays off.
