hello,

i just felt the need to write something because i have put in most of my OSRS account work in on mobile. (look me up if you wish) nothing special really, just alot of hours put in on mobile.. mostly due to my traveling and not having access to a laptop most of the time..

firstly , i would like to say that i am THRILLED to have RS3 on mobile now!!!! i really have no complaints , i logged on today with no issues. i solo'd some corp.. and thats really it, but one thing i noticed was the fact that its really hard to see where you are clicking.

i would like to suggest an option to change the the clicks so they are more noticeable when you press something on the screen.. like on osrs mobile its alot easier to see the red and yellow clicks for walking and actions .. but anyways . great job every1 who worked hard on rs3 mobile. it is wonderful to be able to talk to my friends on the go and even get some xp!

I been having some problems, Samsung Galaxy J7, the app at first ran flawless, but after I logged out for a bit and came back on it, the app would crash like a few minutes after logged in for no apparent reason...

Also I got the steel panther pet, but didn't get the Radiant Dawn Armour?

Try the following steps:

1). Click the home icon button located in the top left of your screen by the chat.
2). Click the shopping cart icon button on the following display.
3). You should see the Mobile Founders tab in the top left of the display. Click it and select claim.

Hello

First of all thanks for the release I’ve been waiting for it and I’m happy I can play on my phone.

I have a huawei phone and after a while (maybe 10 to 15 mins) it gets really hot, I don’t know if it because the app require a lot of power or it’s just my phone, but it didn’t happen with other games.

Also when i log in from a pc after playing in mobile my interface settings were different from my usual, it’s not that big of a deal changing it back (with the presets) but I think it would be nice to keep the interface unaltered when I go from one plataform to another (phone to pc)

Dear Jagex,

I got into the Early Access from the first day of launch. My phone was marked incompatible after a certain update of the app. After this new "launch" for everyone, I thought things would have changed and the compatibility issues would have been solved.

My phone is perfectly capable of running this application and has done so in the past. Please fix this.

I am using a Nexus 6P with Android version 8.1.0

I would appreciate you getting back to me on why my phone is still listed as incompatible while it has worked perfectly in the past and meets all requirements to play the game.

On a Nexus 7 running Android 6.0.1. Says device is incompatible. Assuming I'm running into the same issue as the others here. Would like to be able to install/run this even if it doesn't think it is compatible.
