Has anyone removed there cosmetics in the game? If so log on with a cpu or laptop and put your cosmetics back on and try that. I was having the same problem when I removed mine,I logged on with a laptop put them back on and was able to play.

I was told to head over here to report the issues. Doesn't seem like this does anything. But I have the s20+ and game also crashes instantly upon loading. I can play just fine for a bit then I am locked out for days on end until the app decides to start working. Unfortunately I'm working a lot and this is the only way to play right now. Between the lockout and this I'm wasting premiere and not going to complete the yak track event now. Getting petty ridiculous since you can't get an answer from anywhere. I started with Twitter, who sent me to put a ticket in, and now they want me just post the issue here. Just fix your damn game Jagex you have over 1 million downloads on mobile. Cmon.

Same issue here, Samsung galaxy s8+ never had a problem at the beginning and managed over 600 AoD kills with no issues, now I can't even get past the first phase without the client freezing.

Reinstalled the app, cleared cache and data, closed all background apps, updated mobile software, nothing has changed... Client still freezes. Such a shame as this app used to work flawlessly!

I submitted a ticket and was told jagex are aware of the issue and to post information here.

I see 5 months and no solution. Same thing has been happening to me. It wastes my membership and with DXP Live im wasting precious time just trying to stay logged in. Idk what will get your attention Jagex but please help. I know you've been working your asses off getting everyone's accounts back but what's the point if I cant play it anyqays? Moe ;)

Yes I'm having the same problem too ever since I changed my phone from the s9 (which the app worked perfectly on) to the a32 5g which is actually a better phone in comparison with its spec. Everytime I log in and I play for maybe 5 mins then it send me back to the homescreen. I have had to go back to osrs for the time being until this is fixed. Hopefully they do something about this ASAP.

After I reinstalled the app I experienced a few crashes, but they disappeared after a while.
It now only happens as before in very busy area with lots of players, but it's basically gone.
I'm pretty sure the crashes have something to do with the data being downloaded right after installing.

The Mobile Runescape app is STILL crashing like crazy. every time I open my Bank, Skill guide, quest log and so on....
its been like this for so many freaking months now... COME ON!?
Its TOTALLY unusable.
