Im on a z fold 2 and its been crashing whole bossing and it cost me over 20m now... its getting out of hand jagex. Please fix

This happens to me as well when fighting raksha, seems like the app itself isn't updated for a long time now which might be the cause of the crashes on newer os updates.

I talked to the makeover mage 3 days ago and turned female to go and do recruitment drive and when I changed it immediately crashed my game. Ever since then if I can get past log in screen it loads the game and then immediately crashes to my home screen. I have uninstalled multiple times and cleared cache but so far I'm just completely locked out.

I'm having the same problem. Crashing immediately after logging in. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5g. Android version 11.

I tried force stopping it and shutting down my phone. Neither worked.

After both the client & system updates today (Feb 8), the game has crashed upwards of 40 times for me so far in the couple hours I’ve tried playing (regardless of location or skill). Getting real sick of wasting my auras.

I am having the same issue on my Galaxy s20 and only with the accounts i log into with a gmail address. the account liked to an outlook address is working fine. i have cleaned the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted device. No improvement in performance on the gmail linked accounts.

I'm having a similar problem with my S20. Loading any new chunk has a very high likely hood of causing a crash. If I make something in my inven such as signs of the porter it's an instant crash with my inventory open or closed.

I have a Samsung Galaxy a10e, i can load the app, get to the lobby, but when i tap play the game partially loads, then it minimizes the app bringing me back to my phone's homescreen. I have been unable to play mobile for at least at month. Every time it closes the app I'm forced to retsart the app and log back in. Only to crash again and again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app cleared my caches and even cleared my browser history. I don't know what's wrong. Xzannah Nyx
