I have a Samsung Note 20 5G and with its recent os update (One UI 3 Android 11) my mobile has been having issues with the display layout. My screen looks pulled down, I can't access the logout/world hop from my home menu and I can't check my currencies at the top of the screen. It has also caused slight changes in the game play where the top 1/4 of the play screen doesn't react. Hoping for some help

I just upgraded my phone. I have been playing rs3 mobile for several months. It was certainly better than not being able to play at all ( my pc started overheating after my last pc upgrade and I haven't taken the time to figure out the rest of that)
I'm a premiere club member. (Yes I hope that helps get answers faster)

I had an older phone and upgraded it. I didn't like the upgrade And switched to this one. The rs3 mobile transferred to my second phone just fine but it didn't switch to this one. I had to request something in the android store.


I found the app in my library via the play store but it doesn't install. It says pending, then installing, but then stops and remains uninstalled

I have been subscribing since 4/2/2019 and I have just recently resubscribe for another 3 months on 5/8/21 I bought a Alcatel joy pad tablet 3 months ago my carrier is metro by t-mobile It runs Android 10, security patch 5/5/2021, google play version 25.4.20-21 I have bee n playing on this device for 3 months since buying it. It also has mobile data and wifi so why is my device no longer able to run runscape 3 I was playing fine yesterday and about 2 hours ago till a system update timer appeared after closing app I was greeted with a message to go to main download page on Google store now I can't access game cause my device is no longer able to run runscape how is this possible if I'm above requirements and I pay for mobile subscription I don't own a PC or laptop and my phone is not big enough to see things on game or read chat literally going blind trying to read on phone reason why I bought a mobile tablet I pay additional on my phone bill now what do I do what can be done for me cause this is unacceptable as a subscriber!!! Need answers A.S.A.P need a good clan with active players everday i play on pc and mobile

Cool so will jagex be refunding us all our money then? I've bought months of membership and spent hundred's of dollars because I could finally play while on the road working and you pull this stuff? Been here for years.

First off jagex you make it super hard to get in contact with anyone on your team.
Second you screwed the mobile only players that don't have the newest devices. And now what do I do with all the hours and money I spent playing this game. It worked perfectly on android 7. Are you going to refund anyone?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S5E. Never had an issue playing until this past weekend. When I try to log in it says to check my internet connection and try again. I get this error on both Wifi and Cellular connection. No issues logging in on my phone.
