Can't download the RS Mobile

Huawei honor view 10 here, same issue. Was looking this morning at 09.00 game time, no download available. I have EMUI 9.0.0 and 9.0 Android, I should be fine right? Or am I missing something?

Is it not available worldwide maybe? I live in the Netherlands... should that be it?

EDIT: Now it seems to work... clicking the link on PC then downloading it, telling my PC to send the download to my phone seemed to do it. otherwise no luck for me but I got it now. Maybe helpful to others in my situation?
