Hey all,

While playing the mobile test, you may experience some content related issues. To ensure we get concise information, please read below before posting.

For the sanity of our QA team, can you ensure your cache has fully downloaded before reporting certain issues. You can check the size of your cache by swiping 4 finger down to bring up the console and typing "displayfps" into the console. If your disk cache is below 3GB then please hold off on reporting texture swapping and location loading issues.

What is a mobile content related issue?

A mobile content related issue is an issue which is present on the mobile client but is absent on the desktop version of the RuneScape client.

What will be the most common issue?

The most common issue you will encounter will be user interfaces incompatibility. As RuneScape was originally designed to be played with a keyboard and mouse, a few challenges might arise using a touch screen interface.

What should we look out for?

Anything and everything!
If something doesn't look right, let us know.
If you get performance drops in certain areas, let us know.
If you are unable to progress through a quest or minigame, let us know.
If you have graphical issues, let us know.

What should I not report?

If you find an exploitable bug please do not report it on this thread, use the in game reporting system or contact a member of Jagex directly via twitter.

Why is my cache not downloading?

While playing, your cache will only download what is required to play. Your cache will begin downloading on WiFi/Cellular data while in the lobby or the login screen. So until you have downloaded the entire cache, I would recommend downloading all 3GB over WiFi.

I don't know that all this is important for this issue, but just in case?

What is the issue?: The start-up page's "terms/conditions" and "privacy policy" links go to 404 pages on Jagex website

What is the issue?: Beta doesn't detect that my phone has a notch, where-as some apps can. Notched phones can get in the way of the user interface, and not all phones have an option to disable said Notch. Luckily mine does.
Where is the issue?: App screenspace detection

What is the issue?: When switching the action bar (while it is halved) abilities underneath are sharing a cooldown. This was while out of combat, and the abilities were surge and bladed-dive.
Where is the issue?: Ability bar, when switching between halves.

P.S: the forum, titled"Known Issue", says that the device must be at least a Samsung "lollipop" and that was released back in about 2015 (my sources on info don't look reliable), and my phone was released in 2016, so IDK why I'm having issues with lag and ping. However, my device does have a 1.5 GB RAM... is that the problem? please respond at my email on my profile. Thank you!

What is the issue?: All water animations looks like 1-3 FPS (water detail set to medium with low detail same issue). Game itself run smooth (stable 30 FPS set limit)

What is the issue?: Summoning points in the globe display as 60 remaining, regardless of how many actually remain. Recharging points at an obelisk, as well as draining points all the way to 0, does not affect the number displayed. The globe also displays 60 as being full points, even though my level is 99.
Where is the issue?: Anywhere in the world.
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No

What is the issue?: Voice of Seren icons overlay chat interface making it impossible to talk. I believe this is because of my 3:2 aspect ratio.

As a side note, ARC is the app runtime for Chrome. Chrome OS now supports android apps through ARC. Version 73 of Chrome OS uses ARC based off of android 9.0.
