Okay so i was on the first wave of mobile testers and having been using rs mobile since launch and have been very happy with how its been developed so far. Current character is 15 year vet but ive been with you guys from the begining. Unfortunately however ive run nin*i my first big issue! I recently updated my mobile device to the note 10 plus and the game worked great minus an issue with mouse clicking on samsung dex. However for the last 3 days the game wouldnt let me log in without updating and then no matter what i did the update would throw an error code. I made the mistake of uninstalling t to try to reinstall and now i can gain access to dl it again. Is there anyway back in? Thanks for any help, i loved mobile so much i actually got rid of my desktop pc finally. Proud WRX owner

As mentioned before somewhere else in this forum, My RuneScape App has been crashing very frequently after the release of the latest version with the bank update. The crashes don't seem to be connected to anything specific and seem completely random to me. Whenever the app crashes, it logs out and tries to re-establish the connection to get me to the login screen as if it was a drop in the internet but my internet service is very stable and reliable. I have a note 8 phone.

Something else I've been wanting to say ever since I started playing on the app. I use the app very frequently to send ships from my player-owned port and I think it's very convenient to do from the app. The missing feature is that I can't see the crew stats whenever I am putting together the particular trip crew. This makes me end up sending crew members that are suboptimal and increases chances of failure. It would be great if this could be addressed in a future update. Thanks.

To A Mad King: I think your issue would be better reported in their Mobile Issues thread because it's more of a crashing issue (at least the first paragraph) and that'd require more details about your phone model and version. :) Blizzard Entertainment Community & CS Forum MVP and now back to OSRS and lovin' it. Views expressed are my own.

This is annoying I would of thought they would of added a way to access the currency pouch quick menus (with everything useful in it like augments) especially when they had the new event this is stupid so if I want to do the event ment for charity I cant add the currency to my currency pouch otherwise its lost and I'll have to go onto pc just to get it out that's stupid they fixed one problem they made with the new interface and that's all another irritating thing is runemetrics is impossible to use with the new interface

Am I really suppose to click out of what I'm doing just to see what xp per hour I'm getting that's just stupid its supposed to be a tab that you can glance over to while Skilling or making money to see how your doing not a option in settings that stops you from doing everything just to look at

Sadly there doesn't appear to be an option to withdraw bonds from the bond pouch. As a general note, the latest GUI update has made things difficult to find and more difficult to navigate in my opinion; perhaps some documentation about how to access certain features on mobile would be useful. For example, it took me a while to find how to access the currency pouch on mobile.

Fishing is very difficult. Anywhere there are multiple types of fish that you can fish for, selecting the right fishing location can be pretty annoying. Giving us a way to highlight the type of fishing spot we are wanting would be a great change for mobile
