Well it is still not working. It won*t remember my login details. Every time I have to put password in and auth. And I don’t even have to put in the correct auth. I can put in any 6 digits and it works. Jagex needs to fix the problem as it happen right after the update. Oh and I’m not hopping between data and wifi....

There are also a few reviews in the App Store. However overall this problem did not gain a lot of traction on this forum while the problem is a few days old already. All we can do now is hope our problem reaches the developers at some point.

Hi, just checking back in on this post and disappointed that it hasn’t yet been resolved. I’m still having the same issue of having to re-enter password and provide authenticator code on every login. Hope this is resolved soon. Once again, I am operating on IOS 13.7 for reference.

Its seems that the problem of Slay4Keeps was not related . He or she fixed the problem ( 429-430-860-66186281) by reinstalling the app.

I am pretty sure most of the other people in this thread have also tried this with their iOS version which did not resolve the issue for us.
