i’m having the same issue and i’ve had this account for a while. Logs me in but to the loading screen. If i try selecting the username through game center it’s taken, so it’s still valid, but even after completing the tutorial and registering the email still nothing. Sent an email but it was to an noreply so please notify a moderator

I was having the same problem, but somehow I found a way to fix it on my device. First I logged into the Game Center account and logged out through the logout button in game. Do not log out by closing the app and closing it out of memory.
Then, it will take you to the login screen, where there are two buttons, a large "Play Now" button with your Game Center account username, and a "Sign Out" button. Click the "Sign Out" button.
Now there should be two buttons, one that says "Sign in with Game Center" and "Sign in with Runescape Account", and from here I was able to sign into my Runescape account.
