Mobile Login Issue.

Hey guys, i'm going straight to the point.

- A few days ago i was able to log into mobile no problem with both my accounts.
- Now a few issue's occur. Or it says i need to subscribe to login to a members world or it logs me in on tutorial island.
- When i login to my computer, laptop everything is fine.
- I tried to reinstall the app multiple times and restart my phone too. (IOS Iphone XS)
-Anyone has anything to help fix this?

Check that you are using the exact same login/password on your phone as you use on the pc.

The phone login screen gives two options:
* continue with Game Centre
* continue with RuneScape account
Which one do you select? These two options mostly will take you to different accounts (unless you have set a login/pw to your Game Centre RS account).

When you see yourself on Tutorial Island, check your display name. If it is different to your regular display name it means you have stumbled into another account.

I do use exactly the same login on both of my accounts. When I get into turtorial island I don’t have a name yet it logs me in as brand new so I have to type in a display name before anything else. (I login with runescape account)

Well there is no doubt you are being taken to a newly created account!

The answer to this is you HAVE to be using a different login....somehow...inexplicable. O_o

Check that you are not using any preset logins - type everything out in full.
Do you select the "continue with Game Centre" or the "continue with RuneScape account" option?

How did you login on your mobile a few days ago i.e. back when there wasn't a problem?
Were you choosing "continue with Game Centre" or "continue with RuneScape account"?

Having this same issue now, however before this tutorial island issue started, I had logged in 3 completely different accounts and it signed in to my main account! •
