Been using this device for a long while now without any problem. today i woke up to a message saying error and client needs updated. I go to playstore and discover this app is not available on your device.

So what's up?

oh thats right it never was in playstore...downloaded and installed apk from net

The app performing not bad;
with zooming out lagging slightly;
The map has huge lags, which not appear in Runescape 3 however,
in old school runescape i have uncomfort even opening it, also it has black spots on south side of the map, which i couldn't fix reinstalling, and it's still very laggy.

Fix the map performance please.

In addition, sometimes single tap mode turns off on itself without a reason.

Since the latest update the app now crashes trying to open it. Was working before the newest update. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app from the google playstore.
I found this thread on reddit of other users of the same device having this issue.

Same setup and experience as BAZ M8.

Side-loaded Google play infrastructure years ago and have been playing both the OSRS beta and Runescape apps without issue. Now the Runescape app no longer shows up in the Play Store for my device though it requires an update, and OSRS beta, while it updated to the August 19th, 2021 version, it no longer runs. No message at all. Just a flash of blank screen and nothing.

Since neither Runescape nor OSRS were ever available in the Amazon App Store, we are kind of stuck.

Focusing on phones seems a bit weird to me given that game play is quite challenging on a small screen. Hope they sort this out.

App does not work, you get stuck in an infinite login loop when trying to log in with a runescape account. It redirects you to the webpage to login then when you do you get sent back to the app with the option to login again, this repeats forever. Cache clear, different browser, and app reinstall all have not fixed the issue.

I've asked a few friends and the issue seems to be Android 12, the inability to log in is consistent with anyone running it regardless of phone model.

Can you fix the crashes mobile users experience when doing content related to mass content such as nex, chambers or wilderness. We can never be in a spot where too many people are and our screens freeze and we either die or have to exit out the app to get back in the game. You guys are doing new stuff with mobile without fixing issues to this.

How is the app performing for you?:
Decent for low intensity skilling. But experiences low frame rates when doing combat activities such as Barrows, Vorkath, or Zul*ah. Even when fps is locked to 60 fps. When I say low frame rates I mean dipping to around 15-20 fps with occasional stuttering. Probably unplayable in Raids or higher level content. Still waiting for performance updates to the app. Good luck devs.

The app doesn't load at all. I see the Jagged Ex logo for two seconds, and then the screen goes black, then I see a red X with the message, "Error connecting to server. Please check your network connection and try again."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, but it has refused to do anything other than what I have described since late June. I've lost three weeks of play time, that I'm sure won't be credited back, because [redacted]. I'm very upset, and cancelling my membership because this company can't get a single ******* update to work correctly. Good luck everyone else.

Since the new update this morning I’m experiencing as low as 2 FPS after only a couple minutes of being logged in. Restarting the client helps the issue but only for a couple minutes. Client is acting as if the cache is not dumping when it’s supposed to
Add VOIP to the game Plz, Push-to-Talk or CC compatible

Osrs was running flawlessly 10 hours ago. I heard there was an update today. I can now barely manage 2-3fps after about a minute of log time on mobile. Rebooting or Reinstalling does not fix the issue.
