I found an app that will help boys! Ease Mouse on the google play store has worked with my Logitech bluetooth mouse hooked up with the otg adapter to my Pixel 3 xl. I've been comboing this with the Google Chromecast to play OSRS Mobile on my TV! Now to get a combo usb mouse/keyboard!
No progress has been made for OTG support which is quite sad considering how much money is dumped into this game by most users not to mention what is even worse is the fact that you have to pay to run RS3 on an Android device quite infuriating considering that my Android device has over a thousand cores of processing power at 60 gigahertz per core all it is telling me is that they are not truly ready for game streaming devices which is sad considering I normally run 4K Ultra HD at about 220 frames per second I really was hoping that jagex would get on the ball with this instead they decided to block out a graphics card companies name and it's not ATI radon I guess I will continue to run other MMORPGs until this problem is resolved I don't feel like wasting my money on RS3 for Android if there is no support for higher end devices would be pretty much impossible to play RS3 on such devices when they have no touch screen and only have mouse keyboard and controller support I would be much happy if jagx would jump on the bandwagon before every other company run circles around them my current system stats for those who might wonder is 60 gigahertz per core 256 GB of RAM per millisecond per core by 1000 cores

I purchased a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard for my phone a few hours ago with the intent of playing OSRS Mobile using them while away from my PC. I thought this would be a cheaper alternative to buying a laptop. I am very disappointed to see that it doesn't work.
I hope Jagex will consider enabling support for a mouse on OSRS Mobile, so that I can play the game in the way I'm used to. It's difficult to do certain acitivites using touchscreen, and so I default to low-intensity activities such as fishing when on mobile.
What device are you playing on? I have an iPad Pro with the new magic keyboard, and the trackpad support is working. I even tried plugging a usb mouse in and it’s also working. Mouse/trackpad support was added in iPadOS 13.4 for those using an iPad, although OSRS mobile doesn’t fully take advantage of it yet.

I'm not certain who you're replying to, but since I was the last to post, I'm going to assume it's me.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9. I specfiically purchased a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with the intent of playing OSRS Mobile, thinking this would make it a lot easier to play. I have issues with misclicks and I find it extremely hard to type messages to folks when I'm playing Mobile. The misclicks and somewhat clunky UI make it difficult to do anything other than no-risk skilling.
This still needs to happen. It works on every other app and game I have tried I am not sure why it isnt working for osrs!
