I would truly understand if this was a new issue and would be more patient about it. but ive found at least 50+ users posting about this problem dated "4 months ago".

Gamecenter authenticator/how to contact Jagex support
Question
So I made a mistake of creating my account through gamecenter. I am way too far along on my account to start a new account now.

When I was free to play, it was annoying that I couldn’t get the boots from the stronghold because I couldn’t set up two factor authentication for my account. I tried for about an hour to find a way to fix it, couldn’t figure it out through reddit and the official site. I eventually just gave up because the boots weren’t that big of a deal.

I recently became a member and found out that for the medium varrock diary, you need to perform the 4 emotes from the stronghold. Which of course, I don’t have because I don’t have two factor authentication.

So my question is does anybody know how to either fix this issue or how to contact Jagex to fix this issue? After another hour long search for an answer, the closest I’ve gotten was this article on the runescape website which wasn’t any help because when I click on my in game settings, I do not have that option to link an email. Any help is greatly appreciated"


I dont want to continue accessing the game via mobile app. I would love to continue playing the game on my desktop.

I'm having the same issue here. This is absolutely ridiculous.. Been going on for months. Regret using GameCenter now.. I'm itching to get into this game and become a paid member, but when the support guides on the website are incorrect, simple issues go on for months without being updated, and it's impossible to "contact" support except reporting a bug, it's making it pretty hard for me to commit to spending money on this game monthly.

glad to see im not the only one that is having this problem. i have a gaming pc that i would love to play this game on but can not do so because our problem isnt important enough to fix. i would 100% be a p2p player if i was able to play on pc and not on my phone. csears

I have also been dealing with this as to my membership account needs it to do certain things and it very frustrating have reported this bug while ago and still no fix. if they really cared about us that played the game this would be fixed already

i am beyound anoyyed at this bullcrap!!!!!!! im llimited to what I can do on mobile, players using pc have way more advantage.... fix this **** now!!! mute me I don't care.... this is stupid and has been an issue way to long!!!!! get your **** together!
