hello, I need to link an email to my gamecenter account in order to play on pc. I looked up how to do this in the FAQ. It says login to the gamecenter account on mobile, go to account management and click the “link email” button (there’s even a screenshot of the button). However for some reason this button is not appearing for me, so it is impossible for me to link my email. i have read the forums and i see multiple people having the same issue. can you guys please resolve this issue.

i just activated a bond not knowing i wont be able to access the game on pc.

osrs username is janjomixer.

Yes, this is the exact same problem I am having and I can't find anywhere online to fix it.

All it says under account management is 'Email:Unlinked" with no option to "view inbox" which is what was recommended to do by other forums.

Would really appreciate any help resolving this, my game-centre mobile account name is: dermaljo69

Reporting an issue via the Bug Report system puts your report into a queue.
Reports are checked for urgency and dealt with accordingly.
Repeated reporting does not further highlight your report or move it to the front of the queue.

The bug you are posting about is not game breaking.
It is certainly inconvenient for a number of players but the game is still working for you, just not accessible via a pc until the bug is dealt with.

The OSRS tech team have, in the past couple of weeks, been dealing with a major game breaking issue - a DDoS attack.
This has pushed other tech issues back.

None of us players have any idea what is going on or when tech support will get around to looking at the bug you have reported but I do know that the chances of getting a JMod reply in here are extremely slim to nil.
