My experience with the Android Beta is that it made my phone go into Safe Mode, which led to me having to uninstall and reconfigure many options on my phone to get it back to normal functionality.

To cut the details short, if I didn't have a backup version, I could have potentially lost quite a bit of data I had stored on my device because I could not get my phone to go from Safe Mode to Normal Mode for over 24 hours. Some people may result to immediately performing a hard factory reset.

Even if this was not the case, there is still the side of inconvenience, time that goes into getting this resolved, including stress, and the inaccessibility to certain usage of the device, which can be devastating to some, depending on their own individual predicament.

Playing on an i-phone 13, using Wi-Fi. Game constantly crashes (completely freezes or shuts the client down completely) whenever I’m doing the following:

At the GE trying to buy or sell items. Seems like anywhere a lot of people are around I glitch or freeze.

Doing certain bosses (Nex, CoX, GWD, KBD, Normal NM and PNM). Used to never have any issues to CoX. Now it seems that it’s too much to process? GWD never had issues, not sure why this doesn’t work anymore. NEX freezes immediately on the first attack. PNM as soon as portals come up.

Bursting Nechs. Bursting dust devils is no problem, but bursting Nechs…

Bursting in MM2 cave. Thankfully made my way to 99, but this does not work at all. Would love to grind out higher XP, but this just won*t work.

I’ve tried deleting cookies, removing specific apps and limiting what runs on data or what not, but even with Wi-Fi I still crash. Quite frustrating as I would use my phone quite often to play.

Super frustrating. I used to be able to raid and boss and now I can*t. If I want to do any of that I have to do it on PC. I travel a lot and play while I travel and when the wife is sleeping. My client crashed at CoX, GWD, Nex, PNM, NM, Bursting for slayer, and at the GE.

I noticed mobile is finally getting some quality of life updates which I'm grateful for as I play 100% only on my phone. I don't have a computer. Here are my suggestions as someone who only has mobile access. Quest helper, clue scroll helper, boss spawn timer, ability to scout chambers of xeric.

1. Quest helper: I think this is crucial as for me to do a quest I have to close runescape app, open the wiki to look at next step, then close wiki, open runescape again and log back in. Do one step then rinse and repeat for all Quest steps. Long story short quests are much more tedious for me over my fellow computer players.

2. Clue scroll helper: refer to Quest helper but insert clue step instead (also puzzle box clues take me 30+ mins to figure out.

3. I love doing all bosses with my clan and friends but I feel bad when I tell them I can't tank efficiently as I cannot tell exactly when they are to spawn. I would love the tank role but I put my team at risk too often by not knowing when the boss is coming to gain aggro.

4. I love doing chambers but there is not always someone online who wants to raid with me. I have tried a few solo chambers but without knowing what I'm getting into it makes it difficult to prepare.

Just a few suggestions from a lifelong fan of runescape who only plays on their phone. Cheers :)

please give us the option to move all interface buttons to the left or to the right (inventory, book of magic, prayer, etc. all move to one side of the screen)

this would make life a lot easier for the players, thanks

The New UI needs to be fixed so that when you access the bank or something. The backpack and the left hand Interface isn't overlapping eachother.

I would suggest making the new Skill Interface that was added to the right of the map and backpack icons, smaller. It doesn't need to be that long. Make it the length of the Minimap.
Then keep the Backpack and all those icons where they were before.
