Mobile just screwed me over, left clicking instantly dropped my stuff when i turned inventory clicking on (in a f2p world?), i've lost like 50-60m in items, any way there could be a refund for this as it's a bug on Jagex's end?

Nope, everything done is live and you can long-press to see what the icons do. It's not a bug, you just didn't read the tooltip when you turned it on.

Be more careful next time.
Nope.

Very Impressed. Amazed at out accurate the touch interfacing is. Everything fits nicely around the screen on my Galaxy j7. Battery drain doesn't seem too unreasonable for the type of game being played on the phone. Haven't had any connection issues so far. Good Work so far i am going to tinker around on this a bit.

so mobile logs me into a f2p world automatically (while the open test is members only) and then dropping members items in a f2p world would not give you a warning message about dropping valuable items because i turned on 1-click equiping. it doesn't recognize the items as a equipable items and drops them instead? that's a bug for sure.

My feedback on mobile:

1. Replying to friends. It's irritating to have to always right-click the person in question, if the chat is moving too fast it's hard to time it perfectly. Plus the chat is too small to click.
A tab button to easily reply to PM's would be very useful.

2. Right-click itself is not very fluid as a long-press tap. It works but if you have to do something intensive, it can be quite problematic. One button option works, but then again, having to right click everything, even trivial things like banks or spells gets tedius.
Would it be possible to have a new button option where when it's pressed you right-click everything?

3. You can't over your finger on the XP bar, it only shows for one microsecond.
Gotta keep it low..

Fantastic app. Really, really impressive job you all did there. Three suggestions for now:
1) Can you make the x to close option interfaces larger? I missclicked and ran into the reaches of a wyvern and got rek*.
2) The options in setting up xp drops (specifically "counter" and "progress bar&quot ;) don't have the wonderfull mobile-friendly scrolling other menus have. I had to use the scroll bar on the side.
3) Could you add some explanatory text to the options in the option pane? Currently, I have to long-tap to bring up text explaining what the option does, and it's still hard to read since it disappears when I move my fat finger from it again.

EDIT: I found the same behavior as described in number two in the minigames drop down interface. It may be a general thing with drop down lists with scroll bars since other lists behave as intended. I'll keep you updated as I find more of those drop down lists.

EDIT EDIT: The world map drop down list scrolls through like the bank interface does, so it's not a general thing with drop down lists. Just the ones previously mentioned, to my knowledge.

I lied. I have more.
4) When attempting to scroll through the bank interface, I regularly pick up an item to move it instead of scrolling. I know I'm the problem here, but an "easy" fix would be to allow the blank space on the side of the interface to trigger the scrolling behavior as well. The space between the first column of items, and the edge of the interface window, as well as the space between the last column of items and the scroll bar.
5) Could you give us the option to invert panning controls? This is the same issue that Mac and Windows have had for years where the scrolling using two fingers on the touch pad is inverted by default, but they've added a toggle for it now. It feels counter intuitive to me that dragging my finger upwards on the screen makes the camera go down.

EDIT: Added another one.

It would be cool if you could implement fingerprint login versus you having to switch out apps to get the 2FA code :P

The mods agree, which is why they said in yesterday's Q&A that they were looking into exactly that.
