Adventure on the High Seas

Shanty Claws began his journey yesterday, sailing in from the south seas. His rowboat, The Seahound, was spotted late that morning off the coast of Ashdale. Shanty made his first stop on the humble island village, his sack still filled to the
brim
with loot. Local residents welcomed Shanty, who wasted no time gathering up all the children of the village. After distributing all manner of clockwork soldiers, dolls, and toy horses to the local youth, the community rang in the Wintumber season with a party in the town square, which lasted late into the evening. Before the event was over, Shanty said his goodbyes, making a toast to the villagers, before boarding his boat and rowing off into the night.

Arrival on the Mainland

Shanty's boat was spotted once more, docked in Oo'glog. After delivering presents to the ogre youth, Shanty remained at the spa resort to rest for his continued journey. When asked, a local Ogress had this to say:

"Wet dog stink! He bring
Everyone goodsies though. Leave earlier.
Sail away in boat. He go
To the sea."

Dear Shanty Claws,

I can't believe it's Christmas already. How has your journey been so far? By the way, I'm curious if you're related to Shantay. Will you be paying him a visit in Al Kharid this month? I'm sure your visit will make the townsfolk, who don't have the good fortune to see snow, very happy.

Also, I'd like enter the raffle for the bond. :) Hope you have a safe trip and keep bringing smiles to many during your journey to Falador! They need a cheerful holiday, especially after the Siege.

Yours truly, Tsar Innadi

On the Beaches of Port Khazard

Shanty was spotted off the beach of Port Khazard yesterday. Shanty landed on the beach midday, and distributed gifts to the locals upon landing. He then moved from the beach, and visited the local tavern. After having his fill, he returned to the beach. He then called locals to join him on the beach for a feast. After reveling with the locals on the beach, Shanty sailed off into the night. His boat disappeared beyond the horizon, to the whistling tune of Mos'le Harmless' "Life's a Beach".

Ho Ho Ho and a Bottle of Rum

Shanty was spotted off the coast of Brimhaven yesterday, some hours before making landfall, sailing around in circles. Upon landing, Shanty wandered around the jungle area for some time, seemingly lost, before making his way into town. The werewolf headed straight for the bar, and ordered himself, and various locals, some drinks. Conversing with them, he revealed that he lost his map, and his boat, The Seahound, had sprung numerous leaks, delaying his visit to the island, and putting him behind schedule.

Luckily, Shanty noted he was able to find his way by following a star, and offered that if anyone was ever looking for something, to locate a star...

Jungle Bells

After drinking an excessive amount, Shanty hoisted up his sack and continued on foot, deciding that he would need to abandon his boat, The Seahound, for the time being. He commented that it would take too long to fix the boat, and he was already behund schedule, so he opted to leave it where the boat is the boat where it is.

Upon arriving to Musa Point, Shanty handed out gifts to the local children, and reminisced about his visit years past. Not being able to afford a long stay however, he quickly chartered a ship to take him to Port Sarim.
