Although the teams don't have the same number of people, the average exp gained per person for each team will determine which team wins the competition, so one team won't have an unfair advantage over the other.
Remember to discuss possible team names with others on your team! Once it seems like most of the members of a team agree on a name, that name will be yours. Feel free to discuss possibilities on this thread or in-game.
If you haven't signed up, you're still welcome to do so! Just post here expressing interest in the competition and you'll be added to a team.
