Each season, the league administrator and NRC Board will choose a group of nominees that they feel should be eligible for the Hall of Fame. Candidates should be selected based upon their contribution to the sport, not necessarily their accomplishments. Candidates are divided into playing contributions and influential contributions and should each have their own requirements to get into those separate categories. Both Playing and Influential should give an equal opportunity to get in.

Playing Contributions:
• Are eligible 2 years after their first game
• Have played at least 20 games in their career
• Played against acknowledged top competition
• Were a significant player at the time of their success in the league or dominated a certain area of the sport
• Any player with a black mark of cheating are to be held back after the original round of voting for further evaluation

Influential Contributions:
• Eligible 2 years after their original contributions to the sport
• Continue to have their influence in effect in today's sport
• Have made a significant impact on the sport in some area
• Helped the overall game-play ability of players for the sport

Process of Voting:
• The original HoF made in S5 should be scrapped
* The original class might deviate in process from future
• In order to get voted in you need either 65% of the selected voters' vote OR a majority of the NRC Board
• Selected voters should include a group of 10-15 players who are most trusted and knowledgeable and will not bias/troll – this will be a subjective group according to what the league administrator feels should be selected
* NRC Board members allowed to vote as part of selected voters
• NRC Board used as a back up option to selected voters
• At most 3 candidates allowed in during each voting class. Only players with a majority of votes should be added, if only 1 or 2 or even no candidates reach the majority vote, then exactly that many players will be put in (ie, 2 players make majority, those 2 put in; if 0 players make majority, no one will be put in that year)
• Voting Class every 2 seasons
• The original class of the new Hall of Fame should be started with 5 Top Voted candidates
