• A player can 'Buy-Out' their contract for compensation of 100k, split 50/50 between the NRC and the said players team.
• If a player does Buy-Out their contract, they are barred from playing the rest of the season, or 8 weeks if it's done in post-season.
• When two clubs are discussing a transfer, the player must be given the choice of accepting or rejecting a move.
• Managers agree to play a player for a guaranteed amount of games. This must be upheld by the teams, or face sanctions.
• Only one player beside the manager may sign a multi-season contract.
• Contracts will only be accepted via the official template on this thread.
• All players who sign up via the Free Agents application will be drafted to different clubs.
• Once a player's contract has expired, his/her club can renew it or release the player onto the Free Agents list.
• We encourage teams to go out and recruit rookies, rather than trade experienced ones amongst each other every season, as this allows the league to grow and keep fresh.
* Transfers must be announced 2 hours before a game, loans are 1 hour before the game with notice given to the players and referee(s) present.
• Rookies are exempt from the 2 hour transfer rule, and can play upon turning up, provided there is space for them on the side they play for.
• If Coaches are to play, they must be upgraded to playing contracts 5 hours before a game, making sure that there is space for them on the cap.
• Transfer window is open from Week 1-5, closed until after the final has been played, then re-opened for pre-season. Rookies are able to be signed freely up until week 7.
• If a player has been twice released by the his team within the season, that team is ineligible to sign him for a second time.
