Entry #1

Name: Trist (Pronounced with a short I)

Gender: Female

Alignments: Fear

Colors: Black, White, Cyan

Appearance: Pale white skin, black eyes with cyan pupils (entire eye glows cyan when using magic), long and straight black hair with bangs that go over one eye, black robes with loose sleeves that go halfway down her forearms, leaving her hands exposed which have long sharp fingers that look like large claws - when the robe's hood is up, only her glowing eyes are visible.

Personality: Trist is introverted, but it's also clear that she is a very powerful being: and she knows it. She uses fear to gain power, and she loves to look into beings' souls and use their deepest, darkest fears against them (this could actually be used for a humor point - perhaps Zamorak is terrified of mice). However, she does not wish to bring ruin to the world. Rather, she wishes to protect it, and preaches that a healthy amount of fear keeps us safe. She tells us to fear the other gods; that they won't protect our way of life and they want to change it to fit their own personal ideals.

History: Trist's home world was once a peaceful place, but it was completely destroyed by the gods who ruled it. She doesn't like to talk about it very much, and refuses to explain how she ascended into godhood. They're probably related, but she gets upset when either subject is brought up.

Why I think she needs to exist: I've wanted a strong, dark Goddess with personality for a while now. Just straight up evil is boring, and doesn't really fit in with most of the other gods, who each have their own set of ideals that they all think are right. I decided to stick with that theme here, while still maintaining a dark and powerful feel. I wanted to make something unique, but not so different that it didn't feel like it belonged in Runescape, and something that players could consider a new favorite.

Entry #2

Name: Kai (pronounced with a long I)

Gender: Female

Alignments: Love, Sea

Colors: Light blue, white, gold

Appearance: Kai is an ascended Siren with golden eyes who wears a strapless white dress with gold trim and gold bracelets

Personality: Kai is cute, eccentric, outgoing, and bubbly. She seems to be happy all the time, and has no interest in power. She just wants everyone to love each other, and often gives gifts to anyone that is friendly to her in return. She would go way out of her way just to bring you a little joy. However, she is very aware of her strength as a goddess and wouldn't hesitate to use it if it meant protecting what she loves from hate.

History: Kai is a very new goddess compared to all the others, achieving Godhood early in the 6th age. Her ascension was accidental, and after learning of her newfound power, she decided to keep it a secret; afraid she would be ostracized like Quin. Instead of using her new abilities to gain power, she used it to subtly spread love throughout the isles and was in return, loved by all.

Why I think she should exist: I believe an ocean god might be one of the most suggested gods to implement. With the recent release of the Wushanko Isles, and the probable release of an underwater city soon, a water goddess has plenty of implications. But why stop there? Armadyl may be the god of the skies, but he's also well known as the god of justice. So on top of that, Kai also has a unique idealism: Love. There aren't really any gods that care about anyone but themselves, but Kai is the exact opposite. Almost all of the gods have a very serious tone to them, and Kai is a distinct change from that. No matter which god you follow, you can't help but like her!

New God Entry: Written form

God name: Bedross
Followers: Bedrosians
God Colors: Black, Crimson, Gold
Power level: Between Teir 2 and 3, seeking the power to create and alter life (Stone of Jas)

Lore: (its long)

Part one: Birth and upbringing

Bedross comes from a world beyond Gielinor a world filled with demigods referred to as guardians, each governing and protecting the lands they reside in, co-habitating with humans, elves, and dwarves, the humanoid inhabitants of his world. Before the birth of Bedross there was a legend that a hybrid guardian would be born with the power to rule the world, this legend attracted the attention of several powerful beings, though the first to find the unborn guardian was the necromancer Vrentadax.

Vrentadax sent an army to the home of two guardians rumored to be caring for the unborn guardian, still in it's egg. The father of the unhatched guardian was a hybrid himself, an eastern dragon mixed with the blood of a phoenix, granting him immortality unless he sacrificed his soul to save another. The behemoth hybrid was the first to defend his land, black scales and feathers being the last glimpse before a wave of fire decimated the undead army, burning zombies and reanimated creatures to dust along with the trees of their forest home. The mother of the unborn guardian was a golden furred, nine-tailed kitsune, relative to the mythical inari pets of Gielinor, though much more massive than the tiny followers. Standing by the entrance to their cave, the golden vixen Devae fought off ghosts and demons who passed the waves of fire, using her magic to destroy those immune to fire.

After hours of fighting Vrentadax himself came to the battle, forcing back the parents to the foot of their home. With a single strike, the powerful necromancer ripped the soul from Devae, though before he could capture the soul to enhance his powers the Hybrid dragon attacked in a fit of rage, striking Vrentadax and knocking him back before exploding in a fit of rage, sacrificing himself to drive the evil from his land. Failing to kill the necromancer it was all that could be done to drive him back and burn the surrounding lands to an uninhabitable wasteland of fire and lava. When the blast was over all that remained was a rocky outcrop containing the egg of the unborn, unnamed guardian; a circle of fire and molten rock extending for miles around the point of detonation.
The legend was assumed false, believing nothing could have survived the explosion, Vrentadax himself only barely escaping with his life, despite being the most powerful human alive. The egg containing the young guardian sat concious of the death and destruction around him, unable to do anything but dwell in the rage and wrath that churned in his mind, slowly growing in the fiery hell, absorbing the residual magic of the battle and element of fire. After a month, the solidified magma began to shake, cracking and releasing molten stone as the egg began to hatch, the tremoring earth attracting the attention of a nearby kitsune couple, coming to bear witness to the birth of the new guardian. Breaking free from his prison a newborn guardian trembled as he stood on his feet, resembling his kitsune mother, fur a jet black, his eyes glowing a deep crimson, matching the color that tipped each of his nine tails; Taking on the name of his fallen father Bedross was born, the living ebodiment of anger, wrath, and vengeance.

Stumbling through his former home the young hybrid was picked up by the kitsune couple, carrying the newborn back to their home. Although Bedross had great potential, it would be years before he could carry out his plans of revenge. In his new home Bedross met with Gilla, the daughter of , his new caretakers. Gilla was the complete opposite of Bedross, her silver coat shining even in the darkness, gentle, calming nature helping the enraged orphan control his desires for revenge, helping him grow into a respectable and fair guardian.

Part Two: Revenge

over a century has passed since Bedross came to his new home, mastering control over fire and the art of war the young guardian patroled his lands, no force daring to attack the nearby villages, Bedross using his powers of destruction to scare off neighboring guardians seeking more land as well as the inhabitants who envied the weath and prosperity of the thriving realm. Gilla patroled alongside him, her powers not of destruction, but of healing, eliminateing sickness and weakness from their land. Despite only being the apprentace of Galarand and Astriedax, many of the inhabitants proclaimed themselves to Bedross, taking on the name Bedrosians in his honor.

Even at the age of one hundred thirty, the kitsune guardian was still a rash, young and arrogant guardian. Believing his time for vengence has come, he left his home, stating he will only return once he has anhiliated the necromancer who now controlled a third of their world's lands. The armies of Vrentadax were no match for Bedross, wiping them out just like his father had, clearing a path as he drove to the heart of Vrentadax's kingdom. He was rash, without a plan the pair broke through and confronted the evil mage alone. Running in to attack Bedross was caught mid jump, the kitsune rivaling Vrentadax in power, but lacking the magic and versitility of humans, sheer power was useless against the necromancer.

Hovering powerless, Bedross watched as Gilla's soul was taken, trapped within Vrentadax's medallion, granting him her powers. Watching his ifelong companion's lifeless body quickly drew out the hidden rage and wrath of the young guardian. Vrentadax was lost in his newfound powers, the wrinkled face of the ancient magician slowly growing more and more youthful, laughing meniacally as his youthful strength returned. His celebreation was cut short when Bedross broke the hold and charged Vrentadax, only to be struck through the heart with a spear of light. The Necromancer rose his hand, puzzled as he was unable to pull the immortal soul from the fallen kitsune. Realizing the guardian had phoenix blood running through his veins Vrentadax waved his hand and tossed Bedross and Gilla's bodies from his presence, launching them miles from his castle with his growing power, having nofear of the guardian returning, knowing there was noone to stand in his way now.

Part Three: Rebirth

Bedross' eyes began to glow, his body twisting and writhing in agony as he once again lost his family, wrath and anger swelling as the kitsune unlocked a long since thought impossible trait of his kind, transformation into human form. Speeding through the air Bedross and Gilla's lifeless bodies burned like meteors as they fell to earth, the immortal guardian's human form taking shape as his heart began to beat once more, a fiery explosion lighting up the sky as a new being fell to earth.

Standing in the crater of his landing, Bedross shook with the events of his failure, looking over his new form he rose a hand and swiped at the crater wall, splitting the earth in twain and forming a pathway. Villagers gathered, watching as the inconcevible being slowly walked from his landing.

Bedross' new form looked like a teenager, long jet black hair, a black leather trenchcoat covering his shoulders, clutching a tuft of silver fur as he walked past the onlookers, eyes glowing red, unforgiving and determined, he had to train and learn the extent of his new body's power.

Over the next few years, Vrentadax's armies spread, relentlessly taking over lands and driving guardians away, there were only myths of a man who fought against them, now and again stories of an army vanishing before reaching a village were the only hopes of the world, every story having one name in common, Bedross.

Part Four: Ascension

A decade after his failure, Bedross was more famous than ever, though his followers reveared him as a guardian and savior he denounced all titles, he refused to call himself any sort of protector when he failed to even save Gilla. In addition to his leather coat, the literal skin of his former body, Bedross constructed himself a set of armor, blood red metal unseen for centuries, Pyranium. The mythical material was always warm to the touch, bound together by enchanted dragonhide the lightweight, durable armor gave Bedross the speed and dextarity to tear through anything in his path. As his power grew, Bedross created a weapon to restrain himself and ensure no innocent lives were ever lost in his battles.

The Bedrosian hilt was made of Pyranium, dawning the image of a fox skull with blood red glowing gemstones for eyes the hilt when held formed a blade of shimmering black, red and gold light, flickering like the flame of a candle. These colors were sybolic of Bedross' past; Black represented his loss, the darkness of his past and to his followers the mystery of his origin. Red symbolized the rage, vengeance and wrath that burned at the very soul of the immortal's being, his followers calling red to be the symbol of fire, Bedross' most powerful element. Finally, Gold depicted the immortality of his phoenix blood, the goodness of Gilla's influence and the hope he brings to all who praise him. This godly weapon was capible of all forms of attacks, devistating melee slashes, long range waves of energy that could be fired with an upward swipe as well as the powerful hilt itself amplifying the holder's magical prowess, allowing the holder's free hand to cast spells that rivaled that of legend. Of course everyone believed this powerful weapon was the source of Bedross' power, when in reality it was holding him back, without restraint, there was no telling what devistation he could unleash.

Finally, Bedross approached the edge of Vrentadax's lands, putting aside his hilt he clenched both his fists, stepping in for a rematch with the necromancer. Dashing towards the center of his domain countless undead soilders attempted to attack the invading force, only to turn to dust the moment they were within eyesight of the enraged force. The closer Bedross came to the castle of his defeat the greater his rage grew, trails of red fire coming from his eyes like tears as he broke through the walls without any effort, crashing straight through to Vrentadax's chambers.
