to obtain a Lyre:
get a knife and hatchet and go to the swaying tree east of relekka, cut a branch from the swaying tree east of relekka, and then use a knife to fletch it in to an unstrung lyre, now buy some golden fleece from lalli east of relekka, and spin it in to spun golden fleece , attach it to the unstrung lyre by using the golden fleece on the lyre, and then take it to the fossegrimen's alter south west of relekka to get it charged (don't forget a raw shark, or if you have the ring of charos (a) from Garden of TRanquility, then take that along with raw bass.
Finally, you need to have done freminik trials, which needs...

so there you are
, and getting a lyre (and these levels) isn't too difficult.
