I'd love to know more about this pub in order to give it a truly great name.
Stuff like:

Who owns it?
Is it in a nice part of town?
Is it prosperous?
Who frequents it?
Where does it get it's supply from?

At the moment I've been just mentally creating a storyline for it in which some of the discontented people oppressed by the Pharaoh's new behavior secretly meet and plot against him, or share their discomfort in hushed tones. A place free of his informants . Could be a whole bunch of quest NPCs in there that you'd meet at various points of the series.

With that in mind I'm thinking like
"The Hidden Jewel"
or something; it gives a hint of secrecy, value, and conflict with the regime.

It'd be great to know more about the place and give it another go to fit a different storyline you might have in mind!
