My personal favourite would probably be Background. It's such a calm and relaxing piece of music. I can probably listen to it for hours while bankstanding and not even mind the exp waste. Whenever I go to Entrana, I won't hesitate to crank up the music to the max and just enjoy the soothing song

My Favorite Main Theme (Em fuga).
I liked the time in 07-11 when you had that sense of that you had no idea what you was doing just frolicking around the map.
Very true! Those were good days!
While I really enjoy those tracks, my personal favorite has to be "Vorago". It was the first legitimately difficult boss in RS3 PvM when it was first released and the intensity of that music track just gets me fired up. I even play it during other boss fights to stay hyped and focused. It's awesome!
#MyRuneScapeSong is definitely Medieval II. The few times I hear it in-game (Varrock/East of Varrock I believe?) is like I get paralyzed and I end up standing there, just listening. The calm, simple and yet so beautiful composition is amazing, and absolutely too underrated.
Hearing it performed by the Slovak National Symphony is astonishing and that's what made me come back to RuneScape after a few years off! Seeing the game I once loved and played every day having changed so much was brilliant
I love a lot of the music, even back in 2009 when I played, but this is the top favourite!
Being a Bachelor in music as of this month, I'm incredibly interested in a lot of film and video game music, and there's not a single thing I'd want to do different in this song.
Honoured to be Deputy Owner of Courage and Valour.
Always typing a bit too much.
Played before 2010, came back with a new account in 2017 under 1k total levels. Currently 2200+
Wending Through the Willows. It was the first song to truly surprise me. Even though the quest wasn't that amazing (voice acting was very nice though), I still remember the moment I heard this song and truly felt awarded by a quest. Not with physical rewards but feelings.
Sea Shanty 2 would be my favourite. This song brings so many nostalgic memories back to me and it's just such a catchy tune - I always feel like having a dance irl to it.
The combination of two leitmotivs of alien beings while adventuring on an alien world created this mysterious atmosphere, where your character could question himself if he is still human after all the events he has witnessed.
The Memories Of Guthix soundtrack is definitely one of my favourite tracks, ever since I did the quest. It is cleverly composed to take you through a journey full of emotion and thoughts, and it is very appropriate for the sad occasion.
From a technical side, the lyrical melody (with a series of suspended notes and falls) and the progressive modulations into different keys helps to emphasise the sadness and emotional feelings which we all felt. I feel like it could be part of a symphony or suite of similarly composed music to encapsulate the whole quest-line, and I would love to hear this happen.

This is going to sound silly but here goes: Above the City, I had turned on the sound for the first time in many years (I always play muted and listen to youtube poop) because I wanted to hear Buddy laugh, for some reason I knew he had a funny laugh and I wasn't disappointed, then someone else stood by and they had a Buddy and they were both laughing together and it made me start laughing, then Above the City started playing and I was transported by the sounds, I thought "when did RuneScape music get so good?" This is when I relaxed and realized that Jagex was a Top Notch outfit and I could actually trust them. You see I had come from another game company's culture, and they were basically thugs who held hostage pixels I had raised for 15 years, and I was actually traumatized by them in game and on their forum, this was my first toon online, and was my baby ...
But when I heard Above the City, as I was standing there hugging my Mammoth plushie, I was transported to a different time and an exotic place, it washed away the stress and fear, I knew I was acting out of fear and anger in this game and that I could "let go" and love a game again because my pixels are in expert hands, by a loving company, of really cool people and hot guys
