±‡± A LETTER TO THE N.W.F. ROSTER ±‡±

N.W.F.,

It’s fair to say that today’s show ended somewhat controversially. Never have I seen a wrestler REFUSE to enter a Royal Rumble match, nor have I seen so many people accuse me of bias all at once.

At the demand of no-one – because no-one demands an explanation of me -, and instead at my own discretion, I will explain my thoughts, motives, theories and even errors in the following announcement. It will then be up to all of you to decide if you’d like N.W.F. to continue.

Before I begin, I will announce that N.W.F. CORRUPTION is cancelled tomorrow. I will also state that this note has been a long time coming due to me taking time to calmly assess this situation. Furthermore, Brama Bull’s Royal Rumble victory stands and, as of this moment, he is the new N.W.F. World Champion.

Addressing the Royal Rumble Match, it’s clear that there were many flaws with my approach today. The entry order, intended to be based on the N.W.F. Power Rankings, was evidently not representative of recent performances and failed to take into account show attendance. It was an error on my part, and for that I apologise.

In saying this, I will state very clearly and for the only time that such an order was not to gift a win to any individual team or any individual wrestler. It’s not in my nature to know who teams together. I’m not into that kind of gossip. I don’t play NRC. I don’t play RFL.

These accusations are insulting to my integrity. I don’t know the inner workings of who likes who and who dislikes who because I literally couldn’t give a flying **** outside of the N.W.F. In fact, my entry order did attempt to take into account people who I thought would team together – an admission I wasn’t going to make since it was supposed to be based on the Power Rankings alone – with this being testament to how little I know about the relationships between you all. Perhaps it’s something I should’ve studied in more detail beforehand.

I willingly accept my entry structure was not strong enough. My mistake came from having a pre-determined order and failing to recognise this list would need editing to take into account people who were making debut appearances/first return appearances.

I hoped you would also allow me some poetic license in entering Shavrae and Jon together as #1 and #2, but it seems you all took this match more seriously than I anticipated you would – and why shouldn’t you? If anything, I’m delighted you did.

You’ve all vented your frustrations at me and that’s fine. I’m the creator of this company and the guy who ran the show * the buck stops with me. But a few of you stepped over the line and this will now be dealt with.

Firstly, I’m equally saddened and angered to announce that Spellman26 has been released from the National Wrestling Federation for extreme disloyalty in the following comment “Thankfully I was able to encourage others to walk out”. Up until this point, despite a lot of disrespect which I would've taken, Spell would’ve been given the benefit of the doubt due to his years of service and because, actually, I’ve spoken to and like the guy behind the character. But such an action crosses any line.

Secondly, Conz has been stripped of his N.W.F. Middleweight Championship rematch for his refusal to enter the Royal Rumble Match as the #30 entrant. I’m aware that this will more than likely lead to Conz leaving the N.W.F. – as he has done on several occasions in the past – and this is something that I am fine with.

Thirdly, F*chsy has been removed as the National Wrestling Federation Vice-President as I’m no longer sure he has the company** best interests at heart, but instead his own. I believe he sees himself more as a competitor than as a member of management – evidenced by the comments “For what? What did we do?” in reference to the prospect of disciplinary action. Such a balance should be equal as it was when Kazokio Dave and the likes held the position.

With these measures in mind, I will state that I bear no grudge to any of these three people, as I’ve enjoyed good times with all of them. If any of them want to talk to me about my decisions they can message me on Skype IM, RuneScape PM or talk to me in a Skype call – I’m more than happy to make this as real as it needs to be.

You all take time out of your schedule to attend, I’m well aware of that, and equally it would make my life easier if I did*’t have to run the N.W.F.

I turn up every week because I enjoy it and because I believe you all enjoy it – and if that enjoyment has gone, there’s no point in either of us attending. Indeed, my instant reaction was to close this company down, but I’ve been around long enough to realise that emotions run high just after shows and big decisions should always wait.

Feedback is welcome. Further degrading a company which has given so much to this community is not. I look forward to your responses.

I fully support your decision Dedle. No, I am definitely not saying this because I like you. I am saying this because it was the right thing to do. When you refuse to participate in a match that you had a team for; even though your team was destroyed, you should still enter the match. Other things such as discouraging people to enter is even more of a shame. We all entered the arena and all had supplies used. I will say this though, the order of the Royal Rumble was not flawed at all. The only thing wrong with it, is that Dedle didn't realize that the higher levelers were tired of being piled by the lower levels and decided to do it to them. So yeah, we did it. We piled them. Even though I am not a higher level, I teamed with them realizing it would help me in the long run. I would also like to apologize to any of my teammates who I had to backstab today. Shav, yes, you and I finally have a rivalry. Among that, I don't disagree with any of the actions Dedle had to take. When someone is more into a title than a position, that is what happens. Although I would encourage Dedle to select a wrestler who he believes wouldn't care for title shots and more.

Also Dedle, closing the NWF would be going way above what needs to be done, NWF is one of the greatest Runescape Sports ever, so I thank anyone and everyone who introduced me to the this sport. I just wish you would continue it after this season, it truly is a fun thing to do. I enjoy PvP but hate the risks in the Wilderness. So, thank you for the opportunity to wrestle.

I will add this as well, Fuchsy, had you not screwed me the past show that took place two weeks ago, I may have considered letting you and Doc join Brama's and my team. You may call me the slave to Brama all you want, but Brama taught me a lot and is helping me in the game, so of course since you screwed me, I was going to ***** you. What comes around goes around. Come and get me.

Dedle5,

Firstly, I'll apologise for some of what I said. A lot was said in the heat of the moment and without giving time to think over my actions. But I understand that I made myself open for being released and the option has been taken.

Especially after speaking through with Brama after the contest, I know that I should have known better about the actions of teams. Even though I am certain it has happened in the past with other organisations, I should not have immediately linked Dedle with the actions of others. At the time it just felt like everything was going against me and that it would be the best option, which I regret.

As for encouraging others to walk out, I never told anyone to not fight, just let them know that they would have no chance of winning so would be best to save their supplies. It is something I am not ashamed to have done, and not ashamed to admit I have done several times in the past (with other companies). As much as NWF is important to me as a company, it is the people in it I care about more, and I just wanted to let those upstairs who didn't know what was happening more information to let them form their own opinions. I took almost everyone's feelings into account but I'm sorry that I did not take your feelings into account Dedle, as I know NWF means more to you than probably everyone else combined and I don't want you to take any criticisms to heart, I will take responsibility for all actions and you can throw the book at me.

My only annoyance, as mentioned, and as you have alluded to was the order of the entrants. I rightly, or wrongly, assumed that even despite an average record so far in NWF (2 wins to people low level than me, 2 losses to people higher level than me and second in a Battle Royale) and attended all shows that I would receive an average placing on the list. This assumed that I would be placed after debutants and inexperienced wrestlers. I honestly felt like you deemed me the fourth worst wrestler in the company.

I doubt the order had much of an effect on the overall conclusion of the rumble, so glad that Brama did not lose it. The only harm caused to the wrestlers was that some of us had less enjoyable experiences than we were expecting.

At the end of the day, 90% of the reason I am currently playing RuneScape is because NWF is back. I only bought membership after Dedle outlined his plans for NWF coming back. The last two weeks I have dedicated a lot of time to raise money, gain levels and get supplies in order to be able to compete in the Rumble, and after finding out my entry number I did wonder why I had bothered. It is this passion for NWF, passion to do well, that with disappointment led me to anger through pure passion. Maybe it’s a lesson to not do anything solely for passion.

Once again, I apologise, please don’t hold your plans because of any actions I have caused. I will be online ingame for a while if you want to reply. I've only posted up here as I had too much to say to just round up in a few lines.
