Im trying to cancel my memberships off my credit card but everytime i try to cancel by credit card it says there is no linked accounts. the support centre has no info and I cant find a way to directly contact a jmod
Yes thank you ive read through it, however my problem still happens. Everytime i try to cancel by credit card it says there is no linked accounts, which I know there is because Ive been billed for them. Im trying to cancel multiple accounts at once becasue some of them I have lost the login details for.
Yes, Ive only ever subscribed through credit card on the runescape website. I have both the emails saying Ive resubscribed and the statement on my credit card. Ive tried using both firefox and internet explorer to try an cancel by credit card but both keep saying there is no linked accounts.
I would start with the accounts that you do have the login information for and go through the instructions on the
Is your subscription active? page
to cancel those. Pay attention to any details that it shows, like credit card #, as it's possible you are entering the wrong card information.
If that doesn't help on the account that you have lost the login details for, you may need to recover those accounts so that you can cancel any subscriptions at the account level.

It may help that you make a ticket at the
Unknown transaction
page to have Jagex look into this for you. Explain that you're unable to locate and cancel a subscription by card.
