Alright, awesome, thank you for the help tonight. I was pretty annoyed I was being charged and worried I would lose my membership if I issues a refund and canceled my Google Play payments.

Update, I got my refund approved. Got a message from billing support via Jagex stating my cancellation was successful and I will retain access to members' features until any remaining credit on my account elapses. I also at the same time got another message from them stating my account was frozen and I wouldn't be able to log in to the game until the unpaid balance causing my account to be frozen was cleared off my account. I can now log into the game, I hope my VIP via bonds will last because idk how long I have credits for. Idk exactly 100% what is going on but I still currently have membership so that is good.

To check remaining membership time, log into account management (Account button at the top of this page) and look on the right side of the next screen under 'Membership'.
It will tell you when your paid for membership expires.
