I'd like to speak to a Jagex staff member. I have recently decided to go back to runescape as one my friends have started playing again. When I logged on my account had been permabanned for Macroing for?!?!?! Weather i had been hacked or not I could not tell you but i defiantly have not used any macros and have played this account honestly since the beginning of runescape classic. Anyway my account was unbanned after an appeal to Jagex, Great! not so much. I logged on to find that most of my skill levels are much lower than they were, is it possible jagex back rolled my account a bit to far to counter what was deemed as macroing? Please can this get sorted as Ive just subscribed again but I really dont fancy grinding all my mining, smithing, fishing and some other levels all the way back to what they once were. The only stat that seems to have been unaffected is my combat levels. Please help Jagex as I really just wanna play this game and have a bit of fun. =)

Are you referring to OSRS or to RS3?

It looks to me like you might have logged in to another account and not the one you remember.

Jagex used skill rollbacks as a punishment for a very short time many years ago and only the botted skill was rolled back, the other skills were left unchanged.
If you are looking at your account and see altered skill levels right across all skills then, it cannot be the right account.

I recommend you try the tool on the Forgotten login support page to try to locate any other accounts you own.

I'm refering to OSRS. It is defiantly the correct account i used to be much higher skilled its the only account i own that was seriously levelled is it possible jagex thought my account was macred on many skills and decided to rollback most of them? =)

I can't understand what has happened then my skills are defiantly lower before i could fish for lobsters and now im level 1 before i could smith adamantium and now I can only do bronze. can anyone think of any other reason. I defiantly have the correct account as I only have this one. =)

Here is something i don't understand.

You said that you have played on that account since Classic , then do i not understand why you don't have any levels on it beside OSRS , so i am on the same page as Malua , which said are you sure you don't have another account.

How did you log into the game , did you use a Name to log in or did you use your email ?

OSRS are the new game , where all started fresh , where RS3 are the same game as it was since it went from RS to RS2 and then RS2 to RS3 :) Clan : Order Of Adventurers

So i did the account recovery via email and it only shows Titiral and 2 characters which are still in tutorial island that I did make but never have done anything with them. I did used to login using a username but it is now done via email to get access to the account in question. =)
