Can anyone help?
June 15th I purchased membership, but I didn't receive membership.
I assumed I didn't finished the process of paying, so I purchased it again on the same day, still no membership.
Upon checking my paypal statement, both payments were taken, neither have been refunded and still no membership applied to my account.
The help centre suggests checking you've applied the membership to the correct account. I have checked my other account and it has no active memberships or subscriptions
I since used the 7 Day free membership with prime whilst trying to resolve the above. This ran out today so I paid for membership again and this time I have received membership.
But obviously I am now down £14 for no reason and I am worried that I will continue being charged for the original two unexplained subscriptions
I'm not sure how I can go about resolving this? Anyone had a similar issue and know how I can A - get a refund and B - ensure that I'm not going to keep getting charged?
