Hello all!

Today I attempted to pay for 5 bonds and 1 month of membership for OSRS. I tried to pay multiple times with one card however it kept saying that my payment method was not valid (Or words to that effect). I noticed that my card was charged as I got a message on my phone from my bank yet I have not received my membership or bonds. (Nor have I received any payment confirmation emails from Jagex)

Has anyone else had this problem? Would it just be a matter of waiting? I have put in a support ticket yet I am a bit apprehensive as I have heard customer support can take a very long time in getting back to people.

It sounds like all the payment attempts failed but your bank doesn't know that yet.
Your bank takes the money out of your account and holds it to wait for the company you purchased from to claim it. After a set waiting period and the money is not claimed, your bank will return the money in to your account and it will end up looking like it never left at all.

Work through the points on this support page: Common Credit Card Issues

Try just buying the membership on its own.
If that is successful, then try buying the Bonds. The problem might just be the Bonds part of the purchase.

Billing Support will reply to your ticket within 48 hours.
