Hello,

As tittle says, I tried to purchase bond using debit visa but after I fill out the payment form and sent it, an error show my payment was rejected and I emailed Jagex regarding this problem.

Mod Krax replied the email but the answer was nothing much and could be found on FAQ.

I also contacted with my debit visa provider and they said there is no problem on their end, it could be the problem on the merchant site, which is Jagex. Futhermore, I do several transaction back then using the same debit visa and it works splendid. Only my previous transaction happen like this. I had to try several time until it work but this latest transaction did not allow me to purchase a new bond.

Also, I try with Paypal but sadly, once I clicked on Paypal checkout button, it do pop up a windows but immediately closed the pop up windows which I could not finish my transaction. I also, use my mobile hoping it would let my transaction done, but still same problem happen.

I do allow pop up windows on my computer but still it closed immediately after opened.

Please help me to clear my problem.

Yes I do, I even try with Edge and it still closed the paypal pop up. Like I mention earlier, I even use my mobile phone to make transaction but the result still the same. It automatically close the paypal pop up windows

I have 3 options of payment. Card, PayPal and Molpoints. Card and PayPal is what I usually use because they do not have extra charges. As for Molpoints, I try to avoid using it as it have extra charges that I consider as insane charges.

I did try again and it just reject my payment :|


*Edit : I did try another purchase with another platform that based in London, and my payment went smoothly without hassle. I can conclude that I only have this problem with Runescape only since my card was accepted at another platform.

You should also have the option to redeem a RuneScape prepaid card code . You can log in and verify that.

If so, you could buy an online prepaid card code and redeem that.

Thanks for suggesting prepaid card but I will pass. By using card or PayPal, it only cost me around $14-$15 for 3 bonds but with prepaid card, it cost me $25 for 3 bonds. Quite expensive for me since I can get them way more cheaper.

I already apply for a new card to use with Runescape, if the problem still continues to happen, it would be Runescape gate way payment then.
